what can I reply to the following:Hello Professor in class, the organization that I chose to review was CVS health organization. Upon reviewing a lot of the information and the changes that they have made over the years it looks like expansion and building contracts with insurance companies has been a corporate level strategy to help grow the company. When looking at the industry and the strategies that they are implementing it looks like they are looking for larger companies to help work alongside them in contracts to not only support customers but also be able to lower the cost of medication's, doctor visits, and offer other resources that can be completed from home. As a middle manager, they would need to consider how this is going to affect outsourcing. With the expansion of the company they will need to bring on more employees but also ensure that their inflow and outflow are matching to not need to eliminate current job positions or outsource.
