1. What conflicts/problems do you see within your organization. If you could speak to the CEO or the administration, what should suggestions would you give? If you were opting to make a suggestion in order to fix a hurdle, what would you say and/or do?
2. Is it to include a different target market? Is it to aim advertising and marketing in a different direction? Is it to make a new strategic message? Is it to increase or decrease or change the media used for advertising? Strategize using solid decision making skills to come to your best conclusion.
3. Use the definition in the previous page to be sure you indeed have a conflict. As a team, decide which conflict or hurdle is most important to solve in order for the organization's success. Which conflict-handling style would your team say is best to use and why? And explain how the chosen conflict could be managed?
