What consumer behaviour concept (audio perception, motivation (recirculation) etc do you recommend in order to improve this ad? And how can it improve the ad?

I was thinking maybe replacing the animations with real people to humanise it/personalise it. However, I'm not sure what consumer behaviour concept this falls under?
