What Could Have Been Done Differently: In retrospect, I could have been more forceful in presenting my requirements to my supervisor earlier in the process. By addressing the problem sooner and seeking help proactively, I may have prevented the situation from worsening to the point where my well$-$being was jeopardized. In addition, I should have been more proactive in incorporating stress management practices into my daily routine, rather than waiting until the burden got excessive.

Finally, good stress management is critical for both leaders and followers as they navigate difficult situations. Leaders and followers may work together to reduce the impact of stress and promote a better lifestyle by detecting stress signals, adopting appropriate methods, and encouraging open communication and support within teams.
