What defines us? Thoughts? Actions?

Should a post be considered an action? Careful what you say online. Lately people have been getting arrested for threats of violence against institutions of any kind. The link between posts and actions are high enough for people to be arrested prior to action (partial thanks to all the Social Psychologists).
