Alice, Byron, and Chris are a team of three peers who have been brought together to work on a special project.  Although each team member does quality work at his or her own regular job, meeting regularly on this project for weeks, but nothing seems to get done.  The team members agree that something isn't working well in their team and seek advice from their Human Resources manager who arranges for them to take the FIRO-B.
