Defend the courts decision that a "right to privacy" is implied by the First, Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Ninth Amendments. The United States Constitution does not out right state a "right to privacy". I think the case it's talking about is either the Olmstead v. United States or Griswold v. Connecticut. It's one of those I'm just not sure which one.
