TJ is an accountant for HAL, Inc., a footwear and apparel company. The companys revenue and net income have increased by more than 100% over the past three years. During the same period, TJ and the colleagues in the accounting and other departments have not received a raise or salary increase. Frustrated by not receiving a raise while the company has thrived and the top management has received bonuses, TJ has begun submitting expense reimbursements for personal purchases. TJ has a good relationship with their supervisor, and the supervisor simply signs off on TJs expense reimbursements. TJ suspects that the supervisor knows that the submissions are for personal expenses and is looking the other way because TJ has not received a raise in the past three years.

Are TJ and the supervisor acting ethically? Why?

Is the management acting ethically? Why?

To earn 100%, please write your response and respond, at least to two of your classmates.
