What do you think about this No, I will never willingly try lab grown meats. There are already too many chemicals added to foods grown "naturally" and many health problems are emerging from these fertilizers and chemicals. I could not even imagine what cancerous causing ingredients may be added or result from an unnatural way to grow food that we may not know about into decades down the line. As far as recruiting, I believe a random sample population is the best marketing/recruiting method. I would divide the sample group into sub groups of similar demographics- age, income, and geographic location. The random samples can then be drawn from the mixed batch of participants. By stratifying sample members, scientists can find out similar trends in preferences
