   1. Okay, that is a terrible question and I can't believe our authors asked it. So, focus on this: different people have different ideas about what constitutes bullying and what is simply a supervisor correcting mistakes. This is often the case with military life versus the civilian workplace. I have had many students who are veterans or currently in the military nod and laugh when I've mentioned this while teaching on-ground classes.
      1. So, give me your thoughts on a fair and balanced way to determine where correction stops and bullying starts.
