In what areas will a person already be a good fit and in what areas would the person need to develop in order to grow into this career?
Part 3 - Lifelong learning and action plan.
This involves setting new and clearly definable learning goals for yourself which are measurable. You should think about short-term (1 year) as well as long-term goals ( 3 - 5 years). Make up an action plan to build the necessary skills and abilities to achieve these goals. Make sure to include specific timelines when possible and who can assist the individual or where/how they can build the individuals lifelong learning skills?
