1. The institution has to provide more information in enforcement investigation or show cause why they should not provide the information
2. The institution must show cause for not firing a coach that it was involved in a serious NCAA rule violation
3. The institution must show calls for improper application of NCAA penalties by the committee of infractions COI in order to appeal the in fractions if you committee (IAC)
