What feedback to give on this?Through out this course, the student leaning outcomes that I achieved knowledge from was to facilitate plan, innovative, and effective change to achieve organization excellence. I achieved this outcome through our group project. We were able to facilitate, and innovate creative ways to achieve reducing the noise level on an nursing unit. By adding an audio visual noise meter, it would improve patient experience and outcomes $($Crockett et al$.,2022).$ To achieve this goal, key stakeholders would need to stay engaged and provide feedback throughout the project. With this project, I could actually use this on my current unit. We often get complaints of noisy staff that doesn't allow the patient to rest. Through this course I gained the knowledge on how to manage this project, have the key stakeholders in place, and make a positive change on our unit.
