• The demands of the vp are below (1-5)

The VP has asked that you explore the model and build 2 slides with graphs showing the data for what she wants to present. Note that:

1. she will certainly want to see standard service metrics like case fill-rate (sales / demand)
2. there is a lot of attention paid to monthly case-fill rate numbers in staff meeting [sales over a 30 day period]/[demand over a 30 day period]
3. she has a strong preference for ordering in multiples of 12 (the number of items in a case)
4. she would like to better understand the impact of changing key parameters (lead-time, re-order points and order up to)
5. in the past she has expressed concern over "working with averages" and wishes to better understand risk/variation and the relatedness between the various metrics..
