What happens when you enter search keywords in the Search box of Filo Explorer and the OneDrive option is selected?

The search is limited to the selected location but can be expanded if you like.

The search is limited to that specific location.

The search cannot be further narrowed.

The search is automaticaly expanded to include every folder on the hard drive.
