what is a good response to the following classmate's discussion board post?: "Hello, my name is Brandy and I am a returning student after 24 years. I have always been interested in the legal field, which was my initial major in college. I hope to become a paralegal as an entry level positioninto the legal field, and hope to continue my education even further and grow with reputable law firm. Avoiding ethical violations and the unauthorized practice of law (UPL) is fundamental in the competency and diligence of a paralegal. Important strategies for a paralegal to employ to avoid these violations are to first be completely transparent with clients about what your role is as a paralegal. This can help avoid unknowingly giving the client legal advice. In addition, a paralegal should refrain from selecting or drafting legal documents and should stay under an attorney's direct supervision for proper direction. It is a violation to draft legal documents without approval to do so. Also to avoid any conflict of interest, avoid any kind of personal or sexual relationship with a client and avoid lending money. Utilizing these strategies and more, attorneys and paralegals can provide competency and diligence to clients with incurring ethical violations
