I would evaluate globalization as a good development since it allows businesses to source raw materials where they are inexpensive, and it gives us the opportunity to benefit from the lower labor costs in developing countries, Businesses in many different countries may be involved in creating products such as cotton T-shirts.It is normal to go to a clothing store and see their shirts being made in countries such as Mexico, Guatemala, etc. This is because they will get the same quality product but at a much cheaper price.

I don't think the author is compelling to one side since he is explaining what are the benefits of globalization as well as their downsizes. "globalization decreases the cost ofmanufacturing. This means that companies can offer goods at a lower price to consumers. The average cost of goods is a key aspect that contributes to increases in the standard of living"(Geoggraphic). One negative aspect of globalization is that it may create income inequality between those who are more educated and those who are less educated in a society, which means that it may affect some workers by reducing their wages, which are under constant pressure from globalization.

I can say I can buy many products at an affordable price thanks to globalization. I tend to buy many things at Amazon and most of their sellers get their products from China.
