I Do not agree with the liability of minors while they are purchasing merchandise and interest for markdown. Minors can approach for sham Markdown and it will influence the merchants.

Person who seem like minors can revenue for markdown of money. Bigger car park rule should be applied to minors for obtaining of merchandise. Additionally, parent should not be committed for this false case. A minor should have the obligation of this counterfeit clarification.
