What is a response to peer regarding discussion, My first stop would be to see what employees are says. Are there complaints? What about? Are they feeling overworked or burned out? What (if anything) has been done about these complaints in the past? I need to know if there is a type of incentive or reward program offered to motivate employees. And the standards for this, are the achievable? Are they viewed as being of value by the employees? I also need to know how we are getting employees. Are we recruiting people who match up with the job and show that they will be successful? Is there potential for growth or movement within the company? Or do employees see this position as a dead end and have no desire to continue that path? Most of this data I can get from employee surveys, but are they being done? I need to know their feedback from those or from reviews to see what is being said about the job and the work environment
