Gore and Associates has a strong culture that is reflected in its structure which is described as team-based, and egalitarian, meaning that workers at all levels enjoy the same workplace benefits and organizational status, and fosters personal initiative. They extend this approach to their staffing. There is an employee-focused recruitment process and employees seem to like the "no boss" approach at Gore. However, Gore admits this approach is not for everyone, and those who prefer a more traditional culture find out quickly that it won't work for them at Gore (Judge, Mueller, 2022). There could be pros and cons to this approach. The pros may be that the employees who like this approach are happy and excited to come to work each day.
