What is an argument for the case of Truk UK Ltd v Tomakidis GmBh 2002 being unfair on the seller? Can you back it with an academic opinion?

The argument I have in mind is that it can be unfair how the buyer had 6 months to inspect the the goods to see if it met with the manufactures guidelines however did not and therefore still had a right to reject. 6 months can be considered a reasonable long time?
