From my research, I learned the law enforcement uses intelligence capabilities to tackle cyber crime. One obvious approach is to seek assistance from local, state, and federal sources. After 9/11, we learned the importance of knowledge sharing among the various agencies. This transparent approach can make a notable difference when fighting identify theft.
