What is Lagged attendance and Lagged Win% in relation to statistics?

For some reason this is not making sense to me:

In terms of the exogenous variables, I included lagged total season home attendance (Lagged Attendance), which is expected to be positively related to total home football attendance as representation of the team's game day customers. Lagged winning percent (Lagged Winpct) is included to capture season ticket holders who purchase season tickets before the current team takes the field and is expected to be positively related to total home football attendance
