Being bought up in a very socio cultural environment gives me that option to mix around with different people. i have no issues meeting people of different cultures and nationality. Since i have never had restriction to food and practices i have attended different cultural events and i love them whole heartedly. in terms of my workplace setting out the differences from different people we should create a more flexible environment to work in. At my workplace we have people working from all part of the world. We need to promote women empowerment and create more female leaders. Since we have such a diverse staff, we should learn how to respect ones feeling and acknowledge them for what they are. We should make sure that homosexuals have their say as well. if they need any kind of special arrangements. We need to listen out to them and help them to grow and develop themselves in the company. They can be good leaders and treat them equally as everyone else. Girls might have problems lifting heavy things but they might be good at something which most guys might not be good at.
