You live in Canada where you experience all seasons. You are the Forecast Analyst for Home Depot Canada and have to forecast patio furniture for the extremely short summer season. Remember patio furniture is not only very seasonal in Canada (only the short summer months) but is also big and bulky and takes up a lot of space in your warehouse. All the product is manufactured in China so there is also a 2 month time lag once it is manufactured, before the product gets to your Warehouse in Canada.
