What is the best response to the following DQ from my classmate:Data collection is what I would explain to be one of the most important day-to-day or weekly job that special education teachers do. This is how we monitor to see if instruction is effective, if students are making progress, track regression from breaks and recoupment, and so many more factors. My cooperating teacher uses a binder with sections for each student and within each section is a page with a table with IEP goals, spaces for dates, and spaces for data. I have been using the same method for the past year and a half, but am going to be trialing a digital google sheets method of data collection I bought off of TPT that has spaces for data but also graphs progress. I would love to be able to use these graphs to better communicate progress with parents. Currently, my mentor and I just use our data to fill in our ROPs and put comments. I would like to have more opportunity to visually communicate progress to parents though
