What is the logarithm rewritten as a ratio of natural logarithms?

log=3/2

(the = sign is small on my paper though)

it gives me A: lnx-ln(3/2) B: lnx/ln(3/2) C: ln(3/2/x) D: ln(3/2)/lnx

please help idk what this is at all!
