Through this project, it is expected that the students will:

1.Create market strategy plans, one for domestic market and one for each international market (USA and China). 2.Create social media strategy, one for domestic market and one for each international market (USE and China). 3.Promotion strategy: Domestic market only. How should we help to promote our system to potential customers? Is cold-calling still an effective strategy? Should we purchase ads? Are there conventions and conferences that we should go to? 4.External market analysis: How should we setup the pricing structure to help fund future research and expansion? How does pricing structure differ between various applications? Should we go with product cost +margin for one line of product and subscription based for another? 5.Conduct market mix performance analysis where it deems fit.
