1. What is the observed change in the dollar amounts of outstanding corporate bonds, especially in the United States, over the last decade or so?

Also, what is the current level of outstanding corporate debt in the US? Feel free to use data for Treasury Bonds or data for similar (corporate or government) bonds in the US or any other major country. What does that trend meanin the immediate future and, say, over the next decade?
