What is the persona for Nordstrom customer segment?

I've already covered the high-end customer and the millennial customer but I can't seem to find enough information on the Middle Class customer. What is their age group? What type of a customer are they? for instance the millennial customer is between ages 16-34 and they spend a lot of time using technology and more like to buy online or through social media and also rely on word of mouth.

This is what i have so far for middle class:

-A customer looking for brand names at discounted prices

-They shop at Nordstrom subsidiaries such as Nordstrom Rack and HauteLook

-Nordstrom competes with companies such as TJ Maxx and Century 21
