Therefore, it is imperative that the management process is good and produces well-defined and well-defined strategies and the ability to execute them successfully. Strategy execution is action-oriented, and the task of achieving things that include the following management capabilities: (I) direct organizational change, (ii) realize continuous improvement of operations and business processes, (iii) aims for excellence in operations, (iv) develop a culture that supports strategies, ( v) Achieve performance goals consistently.
