In the world today we have different jobs that we can look at and apply for jobs hopingthat their will hire to work at the company .This generation some do not want to work they want others to give them every thing that their want . They want their parents to havethem a silverspoon handed out. Some parents have it easy so that they kids do not have to work hard as the others have to do. .Some parents want their children to get a school degree so that they can make better things out of their life . In the work place you have to see where you stand at. In this generation you have the right to focuses on accomplish yourdream and proceededwith your goal .Any onecan make a positivedifferencein the employee morale in many situations. This generation have different ideas on what they want to do . Younger employeeslearn to seek the experiencesand listen to the wisdom that they get from wiser employees ." ACTS 28;285And some believed the things which were spoken ,and some believed not".And every business owner wants some one that will work hard every day and will not be late for work. Every manager sees how well you handle things in the company. Some day you might have to deal with rude customers , but you can not let that take away your joy in life.Research indicates that people communicate based on their generational background .
