1) Ashley - presents with schizophrenia diagnosis, depression. friends have kept their distance since diagnosis. very isolated due to this and separation of boyfriend as well as he doesn't want to be with someone with this type of diagnosis. family live 2 hours away - she has also had to stop work due to not coping with isolation and breakup since the diagnosis. Ashley tells you that she wants to priorities exercises as that was something that helped a lot in the past. Ashley worries what people at the gym would think about her if they knew her diagnosis and this stops her from even walking into the gym.

2) Cameron - 18 year old, presents with struggling with identity. Cameron discloses at start of session he is non-binary. pronouns they/them. since 13 years old they have felt as if they are not who to appeared to be. past five years not told anyone. too afraid of what people may say or think. Cameron's father is a manly father who works in construction. Cameron advises any time they open up to father they get told to toughen up or get over it. struggling for past five years Cameron discloses. Cameron wants to tell their father about they are but worried how father will react. is worried father will disown them and kick them out of home. Cameron requests you for help to create solutions and strategies to assist them to be open and vulnerable to father.

3) Heath: 32 year old male, 6 months ago Heath was involved in serious car accident as a drink driver collided with his car while Heath was driving home late from work, the driver was driving at 90 k's and hit into Heaths driver side. Heath explains when he thinks of car accident its like slow motion in his mind. Heath explained the pain was horrendous in hosptial as unbearable, he had broken leg, arm and collarbone. he had timeoff work and had no income. Heaths wife is a teacher working full time - but couldnt taker time off to care for him and due to injurues Heath was unable to look after 2 year old daughter. he felt useless at home. Heath also felt very isolated and withdrew from his mates. Heath also discloses he experiences major anxciety when in the car. as of late heath says he gets quite irriable and frustrated at anyone. even snapping at his daughter an dwife. Heath wants help to learn strategies that will assist his anger and not snap at his family.
