What licenses are required for the below scenario?

I am writing today on behalf of West North South Street Records., to request permission to use your song, Everything Is Beautiful on an upcoming project we are calling, Beautiful World. Everything is Beautiful by Ray Stevens and H. R. Ragsdale 1968 Emi Blackwood Music Inc., Sony/atv The song will be recorded by Ima Singer. The song will be released on an album called, Beautiful World, in June 2023. We will be manufacturing 2500 CDs in an initial printing at CD Printing USA, Rochester, AZ. The CD will be sold at tour venues, and online through our website, www.beautifulworldtour.com. The recording will be released digitally as a single on May 1, 2023, and will be available on all digital platforms. The song will be part of a national tour by the same title, Beautiful World and will be sung as part of the concert set list. The tour will run from August 15-November 1, 2023. We will be using 30 (thirty seconds) of the recording in a television ad campaign to run from June 1-October 30, 2023. Lastly, we are requesting permission to use the first line of the lyric Everything Is beautiful in its own way in print on tee-shirts and other tour merchandise. We will be manufacturing 500 tee-shirts (selling for $20) and 100 posters (selling for $15).
