What norms do we want to have? What rules do we want to establish as a team? How are we going to communicate with one another? What are our expectations of one another in the team? In what way are we going to hold each other accountable for their deliverables? How do we manage situations where a team member does not meet expectations or keep commitments? When are the days, times, and format (Zoom, Teams, etc.) of our weekly, recurring meeting
