What seem to be the major advantages and disadvantages of all of the medical technologies like the ones mentioned in the University of Cambridge video? Is it possible to come up with a fair and equitable system to determine who gets to take advantage of these very expensive technologies, or do we just have to concede that it will mostly be rich people and rich nations that will have access to these technologies? Are there any sorts of medical technology that we should consider limiting due to the potential for abuse (for example, human cloning, creating cyborgs, or using CRISPR to create "designer babies" with characteristics that the parents desire)?
