What should be recommended to add to be more encouraging to this paragraph: The assessment is vague in nature and does not provide where I would need to improve personally as a manager. However the areas I feel I need to improve in managerial wise is being a motivator to my team. I am one who if a task is set out I would do it myself as I have not mastered the art of delegating work to someone else. Creating a team and building relationships with team members as well as developing team members skills is another task that as a manager is crucial.
