What should I reply with. Culture is a huge part of a worker's happiness and the success of their companies. If I am looking at joining a new company, I want to make sure that not only the work is fulfilling, but that we are also mesh well culturally. Two examples of culture that I would look for if I was looking to join a new company are a sense of identity in the company and a feeling of teamwork. I like knowing that I am seen and that my hard work is being appreciated and not going unnoticed. I also like to know that I am able to go to anyone in my orbit and ask for help if I need it, and that is not something that is frowned upon. I really enjoy knowing that my work is being noticed, and feel that it is a large motivating factor for me and my performance. I also like knowing that I have my other coworkers as a resource to help me solve problems that I may encounter.
