1. What should you do to support this lady and refer her to someone who can help her? 

One elderly lady has come to you privately and shy admitted to you that she was physically abused by two 16 year old boys who stole her money for drugs and left her in hospital for a fortnight with her injuries. This issue of the youth correctional facility is worrying her sick and now she isn't sleeping at night. She thinks that when it is built she will have to move away from the place she has lived all her life. The lady seems to you to be both depressed and anxious.
