What suggestions would you make to Keri-An to decrease the stress on her job?

dent lite happen. She has talked with him repeatedly about the issues from her perspective. He seems to listen but never responds. He has never complained about her performance; she believes he is satisfied with her work. Keri-An has conside ered leaving the job; however, she has two more years until she is vested in the retirement system. If she leaves now, she loses all of her retirement benefits. Recently, Keri-An began to have health problems. She went to her physician, who said her illness was the result of stress. He recommended that she take at least three months off. Keri-An did so.
