I received the backing from our COO and SVP of National Facilities to take the lead on the implementation of a centralizing one of our core business processes and standing up a new team to do so. The impact would result in a reorganization effort and reimagining how our property maintenance teams operate. This new assignment allowed me to further display my strategic thinking, negotiation and leadership skills all of which impact my credibility.
