What types of scales might be used by organizational psychologists in the process of selecting employees and assessing their performance? In your response be sure to provide some examples. For each example you provide, be sure to focus on both the psychological construct being measured by the scale (e.g., the personality trait of conscientiousness) and the appropriate level of measurement used in that scale (e.g., ordinal) along with an explanation for why that level of measurement is appropriate in this case.
