What was "unreasonable" in the case below? What facts would have changed the outcome? What of other stores and their security? Is it reasonable or acceptable for stores to "profile", i.e., follow certain individuals around the store under suspicion that based on an immutable characteristic (e.g., race or sex), those individuals should get extra monitoring? Keep in mind this is not a Constitutional question, these are not police officers.
