What will be the issue and the law

On the early evening of Friday, March 14, 2020 our client, Jocular Jordy Camenker, was driving on Dunedin city on Florida and the police pulled over, claiming that he not come to a complete stop before turning out of the restaurant. He disagreed and was asked to step out and his car was researched. When the officer popped open his locked trunk, he saw the wine in the clear plastic re-sealable giant sandwich bag. Camenker was cited for driving with an open container of alcohol.
