What would a good response to this post be? The most important for me is Esteem I need the self respect and respect from others in my positions. Boundaries is a big thing a lot of companies and organization lack when keeping employees happy in a work environment. As I would for a school as a clinic coordinator I have had to set boundaries to personal my well being from the people I work with since I don't work directly under my director or managers. I work under not only 1 principle but multiple principles and office managers for 4 campuses in the same location from pk3-12 grade. I have a time like of deadline through the school year that I need to meet and if i would let them run my clinic I would never be able to finish my other duties. Sometime having to set boundaries hurt the integration with thought you have to communicate with the most but they will get adjusted to the boundaries set and why with in time. It will take a lot of reassurance that you care but it would eventually show. This also allows my director to see my work ethics that
