What would be a great response to this statement:
The Top-Line Allure of Offshoring can be a touchy subject for some. Sending jobs away from the United States has a significant impact on the citizens. Over ninety-seven percent of organizations admitted the reason for offshoring is for cost reduction. Corporations make more money by paying minimum wage or less to individuals outside of the United States. Meanwhile citizens of this country are faced with a rising economy and not enough jobs to match their credentials. Ultimately, forcing individuals to accumulate more debt, obtaining additional degrees and certifications to secure a job. I believe if organizations wish to employee individuals from different countries, it should be required that the individuals relocate to the United States. This will raise awareness of the living wage and discourage offshoring. I have seen many of my cohorts still trying to secure their first job after receiving a Bachelor's and Master's Degree. This should not be the case. Higher tax rates are an important condition for organizations who indulge in offshoring. Taxing them at a higher rate and adding stipulations to discourage businesses from engaging in offshoring should force companies to bring positions back locally. Culture of the organization is often impacted when companies reorganize by offshoring. It is my recommendation that organizations minimize offshoring and employ local works who are qualified.
