What would be a positive response to this post? A strong Ethical leadership is more important than a written code of ethics. A Ethical leader tends to be extremely humble and strive for greater achievements that is characterized by fairness and responsibility. The Ethical leaders also possess influential ethical values that will automatically trickle down to their subjects within the organization. For example, the role model is arriving in an organization that they work in very early to begin their job. Employees are likely to imitate the same from the organization leader which means is an effective way compared to Reading written code of ethics. From my perception, the Ethical leadership will have more impact on me cause I am visual person and need to see the job being done correctly. Written ethics codes and training isn't really a personal approach to me and I like to talk to my leader and see how they do things in a on hands manner. Versus just reading the material and learning from codes written down on a piece of paper
