What would be a positive response to this post? Being a manager, no matter the title, the best interests of our employees and coworkers should never be questioned. The way we treat our employees and handle varying situations should be the top priority. Though the three topics will help us succeed in our careers, one that I believe will help us the most is human skills, interpersonal skills. Our biggest friend in this rising industry is people.
