"I view aggression as any type of hostile or rude and demeaning behavior to anyone, person, place or thing. I usually find it connected to some form of prejudice. Aggression tends to be present once a negative opinion of any kind is formed about a person / situation, the degree of aggression is determined by how strong the opinion is.

The Bible mentions many acts of aggression from physical to non physical like the plagues

I think aggression can be reduced by raising awareness of being empathetic and more outlets for people to release their aggressive thoughts and or habits. "
