What would be good feedback to give to my classmate?

I don't think this a form of sexual harassment for just asking to go outfor a drink in order to leave early. It seems more of a power trip at the moment. In this case, it becomes sexual harassment because the boss has asked more than one time. Even though he hasn't said date, he might take it as one if she decided to say yes.The boss should always keep things work-related and not personal at all.Sexual harassment is a behaviorcharacterized by the making of unwelcome and inappropriate sexual remarks or physical advances in a workplace or other professional or social situation.Someone could have passed by and overheard thisfelt veryintimidated. It also dependson the job policy for sexual harassment because some have zero tolerancefor this type of behavior. Sometimes speaking up about certain situations in a job can lead to stressful situations for yourself. It can lead to the employee thinking that they can do whatever they want and not be held accountable for theiractions. I feel in every jobthe Boss should act like the boss and the employee act as the employee. The businessshould never ever become personal.
